Fireplace
Using the fireplace, checking the smoke damper and the basic rules for candles and outdoor fire.
Step-by-step guide
- Before lighting the fireplace, make sure the right-side smoke damper is open by pulling it out.
- More fire starters and matches are in the dressing room drawers.
- More firewood can be found in the shed and on its outer wall. Long logs are for the hot tub stove, while shorter ones are for the sauna stove.
- Candles and outdoor fires may only be used with care and in a safe place.
- Outdoor fires must never be lit on the terrace or on any other flammable surface.
Important notes
Always make sure the smoke damper is open before making a fire.
Outdoor fire is only allowed in a safe place, never on the terrace.
